On April 9, 2018 the chapter lost a founding member of the SVTU chapter. Al was an avid fly fisherman and held many positions on the chapter board of directors throughout the years. Tight lines Al!
Dr. Charles August
On September 16, 2016, SVTU lost a long-time member, active supporter, and friend, Doctor Charles August. Charles not only served as the Chapter Secretary for many years, he was also the one who started, and led, the popular fly tying courses.

Ron Uleck
On June 26, 2014, the chapter lost a long-time supporter of SVTU. Ron was a founding member of the chapter and held several positions on the chapter board. Ron, the chapter misses your wry sense of humor, and above all, your SVTU fishing buddies miss you. Tight lines!
